Town Suggestions

Just for fun, I think it would be cool if town (or individuals) could pay a good sum of REM to create a pvp arena in their home or town. Also, for town owners to be able to pay a good bit of REM to have a wall of the heads of their heads saying who's who, like the admin/mod wall at spawn. owo
