Staff have talked through your ban and conduct, and concluded two things:

• The "Being around someone when they explicitly state that they don't want to be around you." infraction has been removed from your case as this pertains to physical proximity.
  
• Harassment of staff in any form, inside or outside of the servers environment is not tolerated. We have strong evidence of you harassing a staff member in both places, particularly outside - stop; it's both immature and detracts from the enjoyment of the server. Just because you may feel people should be able to handle your abuse, doesn't mean they should have to. 
  

Do not try to skirt rules through imagined technicalities - staff are empowered to use good reasoning alongside the server rules. We're willing to give you another chance, but know that further offenses may result in permanent bans, but this decision is in your hands.
