I am getting too much mob spawns in my house and u notice that someone is using this as an advantage to grief me in my house.

If another player is griefing you please let a staff member know in game. If your house has monster spawning inside of it, you'll need to add more lighting.

Also, can u make a mob farm for community so Slayers can earn money?

All players are expected to earn everything on their own, that includes REM through jobs. Things such as the public enchanting table and public villager market were closed to encourage players to seek these things on their own.

If you want to earn REM, you'll have to be the one to do it on your own.
